1. The applicant undertakes that any information/documents required in support of the admission form is/will be his/her responsibility to procure/arrange and submit to ICLS before the closing date.
2. The applicant shall adhere to all deadlines and closing dates set by ICLS.
3. The applicant shall keep ICLS informed about any changes in contact details, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail.
4. The applicant acknowledges receipt of the fee structure and rules and has agreed to them.
5. The applicant agrees that tuition fee and other payables once paid shall not be refunded by ICLS in any case.
6. ICLS shall not be responsible for any harm, loss, or damage arising from student negligence or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. The applicant is responsible for the safety of life and property within ICLS premises.
8. ICLS may use photographs, videos and audio recordings for advertisements and marketing without further consent.
9. The applicant agrees to abide by the codes of conduct of ICLS.
10. In case of breach, ICLS has the right to suspend or terminate enrollment at its sole discretion.
11. Failure or delay by ICLS in exercising rights does not constitute a waiver.
12. The information is accurate to the best of my knowledge; inaccurate information is cause for termination.
