She has been working with the University of London Programmes in Pakistan since 2004 and is a pioneer in the field of law. She is the first in Pakistan to become a University of London Recognised Worldwide Tutor, UG Laws. She has an LLM in Commercial & Corporate Law (London), Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law (London), Postgraduate Certificate in Public International Law (London) and a Postgraduate Certificate of Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (London).
Moreover, Ms Tarar is a Consultant Mediator at the Office of Compliance Advisor Ombudsman, World Bank Group. She is the CEO of ADR ODR International Pakistan, the Resident Representative, Pakistan for ADR ODR International, UK and a part of their International Training faculty. Moreover, she is a Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist at DDRS, UK, with training as an Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator, Negotiator, International Commercial Arbitrator and ODR Specialist. She is on the panel of mediators of ADR ODR International, UK and of the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI). In addition, she is an Associate Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
